Jenny Phung was so awesome. It was such a pleasure working with her. I would like to thank my realtor Denise Hamilton for recommending Jenny. At 1st I didn't think I would even quailify for a home loan. When Jenny assured me that I qualified I couldn't believe it. Then when she told me how much I could borrow I almost fell out of my chair.
I thank you Jenny so much for making this experience good for me. Your laugh is infectious and you were so kind and patient in taking the time to answer my questions and reassure me that I quailified when I didn't believe you. LOL This is not my 1st rodeo with a home loan. My 1st experience with another company went horribly bad. You definately restored my faith in the home loan process.
I didn't tell Jenny this but I compared her quote to another competitor and hers was the best out of 3.
I closed on my house yesterday and not only was my closing quick but it ended up costing less than what was estimated. I ended up getting a refund for almost $800.00.
She is truly the best. I give her the highest marks here. I recommend her to everyone. Seriously if you need a home loan, 'Check with Jenny!' You will not be dissapointed.
