Jenny was very helpful. Walked me through the process. She did a lot of the leg work, things I should have done but she took the initiative on certain tasks. Jenny is a woman of her word, if she says she will get it done it will be done. We joked one, me being a nurse, she said, "Darlene I would trust you for any medical questions or problems so I need you to trust me with helping you to get into a home".
