North Dallas Mortgage has moved north from Plano, Texas to the fast growing Dallas suburb of Frisco, Texas

May 23, 2014 - FRISCO, Texas -- North Dallas Mortgage, a Leader in No Lender Fee Home Loans, today announced the relocation of their offices to Frisco, Texas. Since February of this year, North Dallas Mortgage has expanded its workforce to handle the growth of loan originations in the Dallas Fort Worth area and the entire State of Texas.
"We're excited about our move to Frisco", says Jenny Phung, founder and President of North Dallas Mortgage. "The city has a great small business community led by the Frisco Chamber of Commerce."
"The business climate in Frisco is thriving and we are closer to our clients in the surrounding areas of McKinney, Allen, and Plano," Phung says. "The recent decision for Toyota to relocate its U.S. headquarters to Plano demonstrates that Collin County is a very attractive place to live and do business."
Phung adds that Frisco is not a new area of business for the company. "We've been doing business in Frisco for years," says Phung, a resident of Frisco since 2000. "It's a great community for raising a family. That's why many families choose to live here."

Recently, the company expanded its loan origination and processing departments with new hires. They welcomed Sean Howe, a USDA certified loan officer, and Sue Civado, who joined the company as lead processor. The company continues to grow and expects to hire 2-4 additional loan officers by mid year.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Frisco Chamber is scheduled on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 1:00 PM CST. The event is open to the public and will be held at 5850 Town and Country Blvd #1003, Frisco Texas 75034.
