At first we where going with another lender. We were to the point of signing our application but Jenny called us because she knew we were still a bit confused on some things. She took time late in the evening to explain all the charges and lender fees even though the loan wasn't with her. Because of her knowledge and great customer service we decided to go with her instead. She helped us with every step as first time home buyers that was taken.
