We initially went with a "big box bank" and were turned down because of high DTI ratio (Student loans) and I was referred to Jenny by my realtor. The first time I spoke to her she instilled such confidence in me, she quickly worked her magic and had me approved and we closed in less then 3 weeks. She is the best and is very personable, before the closing date we have never met but it felt like I knew her for a long time. I highly recommend her especially if you are a first time home buyer.
