I work in the mortgage industry so I am very peculiar about the people I chose to work with for my transactions. I did a lot of research and decided to call three lenders and Jenny was the most knowledgeable of the three I spoke with so I decided to go with her. Doing loans for fellow lenders might be one of the most unpleasant tasks for a loan officer, but Jenny and Maya handle it perfectly. I was always well informed and knew what was going on with my transaction. She worked with me to get the best deal with builder I was working with and I had 100% trust in her decision making and how she structured and handled my transaction. It is not easy for somebody who does this for a living to let go and let another professional handle everything. The transaction was easy. The only painful part was a bit of a mix up with the contract right at the end, but Jenny managed to get me an even better deal after speaking with the seller. My pain literally turned out to be a gain because of it AND we still made the closing date. I recommend Jenny and her staff with zero reservation to anybody in the market for a loan and that comes from a twenty plus year veteran of the mortgage industry.
