We've updated our name from North Dallas Mortgage to Texas Union Mortgage to reflect our commitment to serve all Texans across our Great State.
WHO WE ARE
Texas Union Mortgage is a licensed mortgage brokerage with headquarters in Frisco, Texas. The company was founded in 2002 by Jenny Phung, who currently serves as President and Director of Operations. We operate as a Texas based, woman-run small business. Our employees and their families live in the communities we serve. As a small business, we offer competitive rates and attractive loan programs by keeping our expenses low.
WHAT WE DO
We offer residential home purchase, refinance, and equity loans anywhere in the State of Texas. We are experts in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Refinance, and Cash Out Refinance. We are specialists in grant programs to help first-time homebuyers. And we work with home builders to help you get into a new build home. We've built our company on a simple idea: offer competitive rates, low fees, friendly and responsive service, and quick turnaround. We'd love to earn your business and be your lender for life.
Most big banks have a restrictive loan program with difficult qualifications. In contrast, we have access to many different loan programs through our network of more than a dozen wholesale lenders. We shop all of our loan programs to find the most competitive rate and loan term for you.
