Above and Beyond I went to Jenny, who is a friend of a friend after speaking with a couple other lenders for my refinancing, including my current lender. I am so glad I did. Jenny was upfront with everything to help me gauge what to expect during and after the process. The other guys won't even really talk to me until I have completed the full application. Not only that, Jenny drove the whole process and made sure I kept up with my portions as well. With my busy schedule, this was very much needed. She is dependable and trust-worthy. Highly recommended!
